When I do an axle flip i cut the factory perches off and weld new ones on. I make my own but many places sell perches.

Which wouldn't fall under the "unbolt it, flip it, re-bolt it" simplicity of the original post. If that's all the OP did, I'm curious as to whats holding the axle at the correct angle for the driveshaft, and in a good centered place to begin with.
The op wrote an how to about lifting his 4x4 s-series with the wrong type of front suspension in mind. Then asked where the t-bars are located. I highly doubt he has lifted anything. If he did/does come up with an answer I would be weary of it on those facts alone.
