Default Hey, new here. Have a noob question

I've been stalking the lift threads lately reading up on the different kinds of lifts and I started to wonder which kind of lift would be better for a noob blazer/jimmy owner like myself? I'm not totally sure what kind of lift I should do. Whether it be a torsion bar crank with rear shackles/add a leafs or a body lift. I would think they would do the same job and since they're both cheap I'm not really sure which would be better. I'm looking to get 31"s in the future so I'm thinking a 2-3" with minor trimming would work. I'm just stuck on which lift would be better in the long run.

i would say from my own exp that you can get away with 1.5" torsion crank and 2" rear shackles for 31's no problem. i did that for awhile while i saved for my suspension lift.the only pain is going to be getting the rear shackles apart.

you can then see if you want to add to that with a body lift.

its all personal taste and what your goals are in the long run.
