Problem tightening torsion bar keys

this is my first post. i've recently bought a chevy blazer 2002 and would like to get rid of the nose down look by turning the torsion bar bolts 2 turns.
the problem is that the bolts are bottomed out against the keys. how do i go about tightening my torsion bar preload?
here is a picture of what both driver and passenger side looks like


am i unable to turn them at all?

i would say that those are completely maxxed out... like toyhauler said, you can get longer bolts.
how is the front now? if you go too high you will be putting parts on quite often. and 2 full turns of a stock torsion bolt is about .4 inches. as in 4 tenths of an inch. just a shade under half an inch. yours dont appear to be stock so i would take some measurements so that way you know where you are, and where you end up.

Looks to me like you have worn/saggy torsion bars. Best bet is like Sickman said and try to find some replacement bars. If you decide to replace the torsion bars, this info might help a little:
The last 3 digits of the part number are stamped into the flared end of the torsion bar along with either an L or R designating which side they go on. IE: L 509
Yep, first off the chilton manual says to push the bar forward into the control arm, drop it out of the cross member and pull out the back. but after droping the bar, its at an angle that doesnt like to pull out
I have a better way, tap both bars forward enough to drop the keys out. then unbolt the two cross member bolts & drop that out. then pull the bars straight out the back.
now that ive said that here is the list of bars gm made

The old ones had settled two inches since i got it. they were the 27.94mm bars. Put in the 30.69mm bars off a 03 zr2 with 33,xxx miles. I must say, it drives more like a 4x4. feels alot more stable going over bumps.
