Default Which side will the Tbar lift?

So after doing some more work on my 1999 4 door Jimmy I discovered that my passenger front side was sagging a little more than the drivers side. I just put on aftermarket 15x8 wheels with 4" of backspacing and the rubbing is killing me when I turn right. My question is simple. Is the Tbar on the passenger side going to lift the passenger side or are they reversed?

Thanks for all your help.

They work the side they're on. Tighten passenger side= passenger side goes up.
