Small Cheap Lift

I have a 1985 4wd s10 blazer. I was wondering what is/are the cheapest way/s to get about a 2" lift front and back.
I've heard for the rear, lift blocks don't work because the leaf springs are under the axle and they would lower it? So, I've heard that cheap shackles lift kits can be purchased from an auto parts store. Is that correct?
For the front I'm pretty confused and oblivious to a cheap way to lift it. Can a shackle kit be bought for it or some other inexpensive alternative?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

yes you can use the shackles in the back. I would recommend getting two kits and double them up. For the front you can crank the tbars up to 1.5in max. Anymore than that and you are going to have front end problems. The only other way to go higher in the front would be with a 5 or 6 inch suspension lift. You could also do a 2in body lift

air shocks and tbar tweak. less than $100 and can be done in less than an hour.
