sort of DONE with lift on '00 Jimmy...
T-bar crank and 1.5" shackles - minor trimming.
New shocks, ball joints, front CV shafts, exhaust (dynomax), sway bar bushings, etc.
No sway bar rub. Minor frame rub at full lock. Might just weld a tab on the stops to limit it a bit. Got a bit of fender rub at compression in a partial turn. We'll trim the wheelwell a bit more to clear that.
We'll plan a 2" body lift in the summer. I'll have to add some steps for the kids to get in and out though.
Next to a ZR2 on 31x10.50 BFGs in the parking lot at work....

For reference....
The driver's-side used 5 turns and the passenger side got 5.5 turns. Neither is maxed out, but the driver's-side has only a couple turns left till the threads are used up.
Alignment was a non-issue. Lined up perfectly with nothing special needing done.
I do want a steering stabilizer.

My plan is a 1.5" T- Bar crank up front; and shackles in the rear; how ever I want the truck to sit level like yours pictured above. I am curious as to how much you adjusted yours? And by 1.5" shackle did you mean it lifted you 1.5", or is the shackle 1.5" longer than stock?
And if you know what is the relation between shackle length and actual rear lift achieved? I have heard multiple ratios from 80-50%? Since a level ride is what I'm going for any insight would be greatly appreciated!
BTW your jimmy is looking pretty sick! Love it!

The shackles I used are from Warrior Products out in Oregon (I can't find the link right now). They have an ebay store. The shackles GIVE 1.5" of lift. I measured and they are roughly 2" longer than stock.
I cranked the front up right under 1.5". One side took 2 more turns that the other, but the bolts have plenty of threads left so they aren't maxxed out yet.
I still need to get longer shocks because I am shorting myself a little bit on full extension when I have the sway bars disconnected.
