Default Top shackle bolts on 02 2door blazer

Ive read that because of the gas tank on the 2 doors the top bolts are a pain.... I havnt even attempted to take em out yet but should I be prepared for them to be frozen? I bought new bolts and bushings for the bottoms but the tops shouldnt be too bad should they?

I had to put all new bushings in when I put my lift shackles on my 4dr, as for if they are a PITA to get to, I am not sure. I've never worked on a 2dr before.

normally I would just try and loosen the top bolts when I had some spare time but between work and school Im lucky enough to have the time on tuesday to do them so they have to get completely done in one shot (hopefully). Plus its like 20 degrees F on a good day in Rochester NY right now and I dont have a nice heated garage to work in so Im gonna be bearing the elements. Im just trying to get all the info now so on tues Ill be all set.

there are no bushings in the top of the shackles just the leaf spring bushings on the bottom the top is just a bolt through the top of the shackle.
