Default Torsion Bar Keys - Trailmaster

Looking to pick up a set of trail master torsion bar keys, suposed to give 2" more lift, but I gained that by cranking the OEM keys already. Will these give me 2" on top of what I already have, or 2" from the OEM ride height? Also thinking of going with the bigger upper control arms too.
