Are the high-beams working in DRL mode or in High-Beam mode?

In DRL mode, the high-beam bulbs are connected in series and when in regular mode they are wired in parallel. The DRL relay is responsible for the change in how the current flows through them. There is also a headlamp grounding relay that must be working properly for the regular low beams and regular high beams to work.

Have you checked these other relays?
