Default 2002 Blazer Instrument cluster and OBDII not working

Hello and thanks for taking time to read this. I have no gauges functioning on the instrument panel, and the OBDII is showing "not found" , have checked fuses #2 and #4 and they are good, what else or more likely in the wiring harness, "where else" might I look for the problem?

Thank you!

I think you will find its the ip itself that is bad. There are places all over that will do all the repair work with all new lights and stepper motors for all the gauges for about a 100 bucks.

Thank you for your reply, in that the OBDII and instrument cluster both stopped working at the same time I suspect another issue, but all information is appreciated.

I have done 2 in full size Silverados that shut the buss down. (comunication port)
and the 05 Escalade ext im about to drive off in is doing the exact same thing. No codes, no oil psi gauge and no speedo. everything else works This one how ever doesnt say no comunication with scanner. one of the silverados did. It was explained to me why it can do that but I dont remember why.

I have been having the same issues only a bit worse. Took the steering column apart to check the wiring
harness and connectors- over time the tilt wheel seems to wear the wiring- my Blazer has over 200,000
miles on it. So here is a great company that sells the pigtales for repairing or replacing the connectors
and or wiring harness parts that can be a contributing devil to these head scratcher problems!!
Good luck my friend
