Default 2004 Chevy S10 Blazer electrical prob in (at least) cluster and radio

We had some nasty weather yesterday (freezing rain, ice forming all over everything), and when I was leaving the cluster guages and lights started "winking out"; the guages going from extreme left to extreme right while all the lights in the cluster were blinking off and on. It especially happened when I would hit bumps. I didn't notice anything with the radio at the the time cause it wasn't on, but the cluster continued this display for almost the entire 20 minute trip home. I was thinking maybe if there was a common ground for the cluster it was as if it had a loose connection.

After driving for a while when I was almost home (after the heater had been blasting on full heat for the whole time), the cluster started acting normally again. I watched for this behavior today and everything was normal. Then again, after work, another bad day but this time colder and everything frozen (no liquid water) the cluster was ok, and the radio was playing, but after a short stop at the store on the way home, I started away and the radio momentarily lost power. The clock reset to 12:00 and the radio came back on. This time I didn't notice any of the cutting in and out of the cluster guages or lights.

Any ideas?

Another thing I remembered, I had said I didn't notice anything about the radio the first time because it hadn't been playing at the time, but I did notice the next morning that the clock was wrong, so even though it wasn't playing when the problem started, it had to have lost power because its clock had reset.
