Cool 2005 Blazer Turn signal and brake Light Problems

I have a 2005 Blazer and the left rear tail light stopped working.I have running light but i have no brake light or signal on the (left )rear. When i put on the left hand signal the dash indicator flashes very fast.Usually this would be a burnt out bulb but that's not the case. Ive replaced all the bulbs and check all fuses and still haven't corrected my problem.I also checked the socket with a test light and found that the white wire doesn't have 12v when the brake or the turn signal is applied. My next step it to replace the flasher relay ? If anyone has a schematic for an 05 blazer and can send it to me or post it i would appreciate very much. My Email is jasondis@hotmail.com. thank you in advance ......Any opinions would be appreciated as well ! Thank You for any help
