Default Battery and RPM Low at Idle

Hey all, I've recently been having problems with my 2002 Blazer having volts low and rpms low at idle. It will be fine when driving sitting with volts just above 14 and then when coming to a stop the volts will go down to about 11 and rpm will drop to 400-500. Any ideas what could be wrong? I checked the battery and alternator recently and was told both are giving out the proper amps and running right.

The low idle is probably what's causing the low voltage. Need to figure out why the idle is so low

Thank you. I will look into it. I went to an alternator shop and a guy there said I may need a bigger alternator and that my problems are because I have a subwoofer and interior under glow lights that are taking to much power for the stock one. But I have never had problems with my voltage until recently while I have had the system and lights for almost a year.

Does the voltage problems persist even with the system and lights turned off?
