Hell yeah it is! I had to run from the front door to my truck, a whole 15 ft, just to get something out of the console. Got in it, shut the door, and didn't want to get out because of how cold the wind was! hahah

That sounds like a problem with engine vacuum. I would carefully spray some brake cleaner around the engine while it's running to try and fiind it. Start by inspecting your filter box, filter, and inlet tube assembly for cracks.
