Default Chicken lights

Wondering if anyone has put the chicken lights or clearance lights as some people call them, on top of their blazer and how difficult it was, and if it's worth it. I have a 2000 Blazer LS

I put led strips on my light bar when I had mine. I liked it but they are not quite the same.

That does look kinda cool, but not quite what I'm looking for. I'm kinda wanting the look of the visor that has the lights on it, but without the visor, if that makes sense. Appreciate the idea though, if I get a light bar I may do that instead!
