Default Fuse #2 Problem

Okay, So my vehicle will not start when fuse #2 is in, which controls horn, dome lamp, cargo lamp, rear hatch and a bunch of other things. When I pull out the fuse it starts up just fine. I pulled the interior light bulbs out thinking maybe it was staying on, didnt solve the issue. Is something draining too much power? Have no idea whats going on, any help would be great!

UPDATE- Everytime I start the vehicle now the rear hatch opens up. Maybe there's a constant current going to the rear hatch?

Hi brently04,
Does your blazer have a switch for the rear hatch?
If it does, try unplugging the switch.

What year blazer do you have?

Here's a diagram for the tail gate/hatch
