Ok thanks. I'm going to pull apart the headlights and check the bulbs and ballasts.

Just so weird that both would work perfectly, the relay would go, and now one is out.

Well looks like its the ballast. I swapped ballasts and the other light works.

Is it possible the relay popped and the ballast fried? Or possibly the ballast fried and caused the relay to pop?

That is a good question I do not have an answer to, at least your HID's are still new and under warranty.
