I have a 99 blazer s10 ..and when I got it the headlights didn't work so after some trial and error I found out it was the dimmer switch ..I replaced it last night and now my dims are only good on the passenger side and the driver side seems like its barely getting juice .and when I turn the brights on only the passenger side works ....please help what to do

 

Kind of sounds like a grounding issue to me. Do your RPM's drop when you turn on the lights?
