Default Hid lights

I've bought a set of hids for my 99 blazer, any idea if I have to disable drl? Any advice or input is greatly appreciated thanks

I also have a full set, of the xenon plug and play HIDs... Buy alas, only use the low beams because the high beams won't work. They share the bulb with the DRLs, which do work with the HIDs plugged in... Just not the high beams.
So I'll be following this thread... Another in a long line of to-dos for the Blazer. 🤣

Use the search function, disabling the daytime running lights and auto headlights has been beat'n to death on this forums and others, the info is out there...
