My 2001 Chevy Blazer wont start, just clicks

If you have 12v at the battery when you hit start and 9 volts at the starter when you hit start, then wiring or connections going through relays or what ever is dropping the voltage is the problem.
Turn on your headlights, start your truck, if the lights dim way down than the battery voltage is dropping, charge it or replace it, or clean the battery connections, if the lights stay bright then the starter is not putting a load on the system due to bad connections to the starter.

Hi all,
I cleaned all of the wires with water and baking soda, it worked!!! But It takes time to start with cranking. I think I have a fuel pump problem too.
