Default New here! ECM-B FUSE! 😡

I am the proud owner of a 89' 2.8L S10 Blazer (second owner). Manual, and 4x4. I bought it several years ago for my granddad, then shortly after ended up buying a Dodge pickup and driving it, so the Blazer has been sitting for 6 years. The Dodge inevitably blew up like Dodges do, and now I'm having to repair the things that needed to be repaired on the Blazer started with it not receiving fuel, I replaced the relay, but now I keep blowing my ECM-B fuse. I've traced the wiring harness with no outstandingly noticable breaks in the wire coatings and repositioned the wires to avoid the exhaust manifold. Also I have hazard lights and brake lights, but no headlights, tail lights, the backlight for the dash. My question ultimately is, can a faulty light switch be causing my fuse to be blowing?

The ECM fuse blowing is likely either a wire/harness short or a shorted/seized fuel pump motor. Disconnect the fuel pump harness to confirm.
