BCM I'm not sure. I would think other problems would be happening and not just the headlights, but I could be wrong.

I believe I found the problem!! I took the UHFB to check the pins and found melting on the surrounding of the wires. Peeled it back and I believe 2 or 3 wires have melted themselves together.

That might be the infamous white headlight relay control wire that you bypassed before.

I believe it may be. My fuses kept blowing too to run the toggle switch. Now I am currently taking the qtr panel off, it's a tight squeeze to try and manage getting to them wires. Going to be a long fun Friday night. But just wanted to let you know what I found. Will keep you posted.

Usually leaking water, sometimes chewing animals like rats. Also shoddy repair work but that all looks OEM and not repaired, just corroded.

Problem wire!! Unsure what color it was since it gone. Now how do I remove it to replace that wire alone?

Which connector is that? Are you missing a wire completely so you have no idea where is goes or you are missing the wire color so it’s there but you don’t know what it does? Usually the connector pin pushes in and snaps into place in the connector and you have to depress the tangs to get it out to solder a new wire on before pushing it back in. There is a little tool for this that workers on some of them.

This connector is from the UHFB to the firewall/inside dash. Followed the wire further and it was a yellow one. Just that wire was melted completely. It fused together with other wires as it melted but did not harm any other wire. I stayed up until 6a finishing this. I have Headlights now!!!
