Default Power Lock/Mirrors Blown Fuses

So, I have this issue with the fuse always blowing. This is under the hood. Labeled Mir/Lks and is a 3A fuse. I tested the 8567 omron relay with a 12V source for the Lift glass and it works. It clicks, doesn't get stuck, etc. This is a 2004 Chevy Blazer 2WD by the way. The key fob does work for the panic and lock and unlock only. I got other power switches and the rear hatch/rear wiper module from a junk yard. Same thing. On the door controls, only the windows work and this is on the driver door only. The Norm/Lock switch is in normal, but power locks only work with key fob and the normal automatic park and drive modes. I looked up passive lock modes that sound alot like what is happening. Except this is a "function" on some 2019 vehicle and this is a 2004. It worked by pressing lock and unlock for 3 seconds on the key fob.
The reason for all of this to get the rear hatch to unlock. It currently does not work with the key fob double press, the back lift gate button, or the inside dash module button. I replaced the 3A fuse with 5,10,15A and I get one "action" where anything I want works, but then it blows. When I double press the rear button on the key fob I do hear a click underneath the dash beside the OBD port. But with a fresh fuse, the rear dash unlock button does work and with the key fob it also works. But just once. This is so strange, I get lock/unlock doors with key fob only. And I get all windows using driver door controls. That is it. I do have a abs & brake light warning on. No idea if that's relevant or not
