Problems on 1991 s-10 after new stereo with instrument cluster and running lights.

so...
other things came up and it seems I better figure it out real soon, but I will be at it tomorrow hopefully and my buddy that can probably assist in this will be here next week or tomorrow hopefully and help me get it done a lot faster!!!
