Beating the horse again. So I have tried the prong thing. Nope. Fuse on the side of the dash. Nope. Cut the "middle" yellow wire under the floor mat. Well, which friggin' one is the middle? They all twist around and there is as least 3 yellow ones. I took a chance and cut what I thought was the middle one. NOPE! Don't wanna just keep cutting wires! Anyone??? It is for a 2001 ZR2...

I had to assemble my own diagram for my 99 for my attempt to override the DRL system.

 

Well don't I feel like an IDIOT! I re-read the posts AGAIN. I MISSED the part about a RELAY! So happens the RELAY was up at the EDGE of the carpet, not down half way across the floor UNDER the carpet. (Tore up the carpet backing pretty good and everything was so stiff I actually sliced the carpet down to the angle change at the floorboard.) SO! I cut the MIDDLE YELLOW WIRE at the relay as stated and HOLY FKN SH_T!!! It WORKED!!!!!

I have a Weather Tech pan on the floor so it doesn't look like a big mess.

Thanks to all in this forum. I just need to SLOW THE FK DOWN when I read stuff.....
