4.3l trouble is on a distinguished road

washer pump problems

I have a 96 jimmy 4x4 4dr the front washer pump gets voltage but its not constant and the highest it jumps is 1.75 V so I checked the continuity between the positive connector and a engine ground and it has 0.18 at 20k ohms I could really use a multifunction switch wiring diagram or any help at all
