What does this weatherpak feed?

While doing some investigation on a no start / no fuel issue on my 2000 4DR 4Wd 4.3L I found this weatherpak unplugged and tucked away.
So the obvious question is …………

Does your 4WD work? I think that harness might go to your transfer case (odd as that sounds).

Mine doesn't have the stock transfer case (or that harness) anymore, so I can't tell you for sure.
