Windshield washer doesn't work.

Windshield washer doesn't work.
The wipers come on when I hit the washer button, but no fluid comes out. Rear one works fine. If I unplug at pump and apply 12 volts from battery the pump works. Is it the switch on the turn signal lever and how difficult is it to replace?
