I have an 01. Everything but the wiper switch works on the control stick. Checked the wiper motor and it is just fine. I'm getting ready to order a new control stick but wanted to see if there might be anything else that could be causing it. Also, (this might be stupid) why are there different options for control sticks? They all look the same to me.

I'd check the control board that is on the wiper motor itself. The solder points are notorious for cracking and losing connection. Just hit the main solder points with a soldering iron for a few seconds to get it liquid again and see if that fixes your problem.
