okay well, long story short, my internal wire harness was cut, now this isnt a problem because i got a replacement from a junkyard (same car, same harness) so all i have to do is connect the wires. The problem is that a few wires share the same color, how am i to know which is which?
(P.S. its a [s10] 2000 Blazer)

could have a white line like stated above or, it could have a black stripe on it. not long ways like the white stripe would be. it would go across the wire. if you are holding the wire in your hand straight up and down then the stripe could go from left to right. just look carefully.

not sure why people cut the harness ,the vehicle specific adapter kits are cheap and easy
BTW you may have multiple solid black wires they all should be speaker grounds and they are probably all the same gauge wire

Sorry for the double post, but if you look at this, it shows dark green as two different things, as well as gray, If I took a shot, and accidentally mixed those two up, will it blow anything? Or would it be worth it to just guess and check?

Like already has been said, there will be distinguishing marks on the wires to separate them form the other. white line or something,
The gauge of the speaker wire from the other wires is different as well.

A test light or voltmeter will help you sort out the greens ,switched will become live when you turn on the key jusy make sure none of the wires are touching anything
The grey will be the same illumination should become live with headlights
