Looks fast man! Whats the specs on that tiny little boat you are driving? Almost sounds like a blower at the end when you are shutting her down.

its not me driving...its my boss. as far as the boat goes though, it is a 20 ft Rayson Craft hull. 475 CI Chevy engine blown and injected. 14.71 Blower in an aluminum case finished in magnesium under-driven by 17%. Ported 990 cast iron heads, all forged lower, crank, rods, and pistons. running E-85 pump gas.... runs 100mph+ in race water.
i know that it sounds like a strange combination, but we are running everything right at the limit of the class rules.
GN Racing Rules go to rule 12.

it is a blown big block, hahaha. its fun for us and its a big family event. as far as the race goes i mean. they have little kids running hydro boats and most of their dads run other classes. its all good fun. i believe that our next race is out at the Blue Water Resort in Parker, AZ on April 6th and 7th. anybody thats close by should come by. it free to watch and they always have food and drinks that you can buy. hopefully some of you guys might be able to make it.

I live 2 miles from where we have boat races on the Ohio. They can run 200 mph but that sure looks like a hard ride. I remember the old "thunder boats" running Merlin engines out of WW2 fighters. Those sounded great. The jets they run now, well they sort of swish along.
