We don't watch that many movies, really. When we do it's with a discount code from redbox.

Biggest concern of ditching cable is losing local news. Tim, do you find the free content with Roku is worth it? Or would it be better to buy the paid stuff?

 

I honestly haven't used it that much so far, time will tell.
Picked mine up at Radio Shack, paid $10 bucks extra for a deal which states if I'm not happy with it, return it before 365 days of use for full refund, total with the extra 10 dollars was $84 I think.
My brother gave me access to his Pandora, Netflix, & Hulu Plus accounts, so that's a plus for me.
There's quite a bit of free stuff, but mostly stuff I've already watched at one time or another.

 

Ok, the easiest way to bring your Television bill down????? It's FREE!!! That little antennae (or big in our case) will get you tons of channels.....for...wait for it....FREE! How much cheaper can it get? Even on one of those fancy LED TV's (apparently my sister in law decided our tube television wasn't good enough and got us some fancy smancy TV) The picture is pretty darn good. I do miss our old TV, though, but it's only been two days....

 

I have bell expressvu, and shaw internet, we pay about 70 a mo...
