Default Engine Covers!

'In 2017 Haynes Manuals, the world-leading publisher of automotive, motorcycle, marine and tractor repair content, conducted informal surveys regarding the biggest barriers to automotive DIY repair. Surprisingly, one of the top answers was the plastic engine cover. '

lmao wut?

Most are held on with some 10mm bolts, some not even that and are just clipped down. How is that a barrier?

I mean common people really? My wife changed the spark plugs on her Hyundai herself, required removing the plastic engine cover. She didn't fuss about it at all!

I hate plastic engine covers, but they're more of an annoyance than an actual barrier.
