Default Fuel Milage Issue

So my girl has a 2002 Chevy Tracker ZR2. For some ungodly reason recently it has been getting horrible gas milage. Im talking like 80miles to a half a tank. Any idea what I could do to start trouble shooting this issue?

When was a general tune up last done?

How does it run when going down the road? How is the fuel pressure?
