Thats why i said the occasional blonde, haha....and yes i have noticed that alot lately to, people driving their cars with no tail lights or sometimes headlights at night.....i think they come from their last vehicles having auto lights........funny thing is when you flash your high beams at them to try and signal them to turn their lights on they have NO CLUE!!!....With quad beam hids i miss being able to flash the high beams ..need to get some nice bright lights like som piaas or something so i can flash them.
