Completly finished mounting the winch, and i also installed the roller
flair head, ok so being that i never used a winch before, i unrolled the spool, mistale #1, and had my wife spool it back in while i held on to the cable for some tension, things were moving right along and the winch started slowing down, went to start the vehicle, and Battery was dead.. Doh. that was smart, the engine was not running, i did not realize the amount of battery these take, instructions call for a min. of 650 cca battery, i have a 600 cca battery, so, i guess its time for a bigger battery.
so far im happy with the purchase, my son dont know it yet, but he is going to get his jeep stuck in a hole and i will pull him out.. Haha
