And here we are FINALLY at the end of this journey. Tonight she spent her insurance payout and picked up a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. No nonsense but it gets a HELL of a lot better gas milage than my blazer, Needs some new brake pads and the blinker lever is broken off. But that can be replaced after a quick trip to the junk lot. So I get my (the wife's) blazer home next weekend. I feel like I just ran a min marathon. Exhilarated, and spent at the same time.
