My friend wants to buy a 7 seater SUV
Hello all, My friend wants to get a 7 seater SUV. Her Mini Van is bout to kick the bucket(AWD Town n Country tranny) She has around $10k to spend but she doesnt want a V8 or Durango...So what kinda options does she have? I found a few 01,02,03 Acura MDX's for under $12k..So guys and gals what other 7 seaters r there???[&:]

Ever ridden in the back row of an MDX? not fun [:'(]
Crossover SUVs are a good shot, but those prices might be too high..also those arnt real SUVs.
Have you looked into Trailblazers/Envoys/Rainiers? Also not sure on what year they added the 3rd row seat to explorers (I think it was 01). Explorers are a good vote in the 2001+ range.

The Trailblazer and Envoy both have 7 passenger versions (long wheel base). I have ridden in the back of a long wheelbase Trailblazer and there was plenty of room for 2 adults in the back row.
