i just wanted to share some pics of my dads very rare 73 nova custom 350
few people have ever saw one, much less a custom
its so rare because it has a skyroof straight from the factory
in 73 only 3259 of them were made. not all were customs though
then i saw that there was only 353 made with the tan roof in 72, in which there were 6822 skyroofs made
in 73 all the rpo codes are the same so you cant find out how many of each color were made
but im guessing around that same number
so 1 in 353 and its a custom
i love this car and will be very sad if he sells it
its been around my whole life

Looks to be fairly complete too. Nice car. The rareness of it likely will not impact the price you could get though, unless you were to find the right person.

Most of what I have read about the sky roof was bad anyway. Everything from leaks to wind noise.

and yea i guess they are noisy, but we drive with the windows down anyway
the sound of the engine drowns it out lol
and itll leak if you spray water right under the vynil
but in rain it does just fine
