Thumbs up Happy Thanksgiving it was.

Well everything was good we travel 200 miles round trip to spend time my cousin and some other family members. My cousin is the only surviving family member on my side and me and her have a very speacil connection between us.The turkey and all the dishes came wonderful.Everyone had plenty to eat between the side dishes, the bird and desserts, pecan pie and coconut cream pies are always traditional at Thanksgiving time.My truck didnt give us any trouble considering its 16 years old and has 185k on it.Today it snowed for the 1st time this season also.
I hope everyone elses Thanks Giving was as great as mine was the best.

Well....i cook my turkey in an oven bag...it was 23lbs...i put carrots in there too...after a couple hours the bag filled up with juices more than i had anticipated...the bag got a hole and started leaking into the oven...which is gas...it dropped down to the fire and went up....it was actually pretty scary and could have burnt the house down....but we got the fire out, cleaned it all out and started over with a smaller bird lol, arg.
