I have to agree with Kyle though. I don't see you getting serious results out of this. In the end you still signed for the package, which means (legally anyway) that it was acceptable to you at the time of receipt.
I don't agree (as I've said) with their customer service, but honestly I don't know that there is much you can do.

There's a few things that wlorton could do if he chooses to and they have been pointed out in this thread. It seems that most of us commenting are in agreement regarding the op.

Well I came with three issues

1. damage

2. time

3. Gina

The damage was my fault and I am ok with that now....
The time issue is 100% them... They said they invoiced me and can scrape up a fake invoice for all I care, but checking through ebay, paypal, and my email... the invoice never got to me... I look through paypal and the only "request for payment" EVER in my paypal account is them AFTER I called....
The guy tried pinning it on my SPAM filter... whatever...

Gina: wont ever be solved, its the owners wife... She could have called me a *************************************<insert colorful text there)
and she would get away with it within the company... but if I do not receive an email back tomorrow, I am contacting the bbb about the issue, and

Is offering a future discount considered a bribe? because if its an issue to be solved with other action and they are deterring you from those actions?

Well, first of all I'm in agreeance with lorton, I think he knows that. I'm not saying he's wrong and should just sit there and do nothing. I was simply commenting saying in regards to the dented product he received I don't see much being possible in the way of getting a new one or a replacement for free.
The issue still remains (as lorton mentions above me) of Gina and the horrible customer service. I still think that needs to be dealt with. I was simply referring to the original order not being able to be replaced or fixed. It's a matter of "what are they going to do for me now".

Wait, so you did dent the hood yourself? And are now trying to pin them? Maybe I missed something here.

No... because I signed the damage is longer their problem as the bill of lading that was signed (my father signed) the shipping company is in no way accountable for it, and if the company can not get the money from the shipping company they could care less...

I am not some scam artist....

I firmly believe that if you pay $$ for something it should be as advertised.... or they shall be held accountable..

Kind of a naive statement.
