I was wondering if any one knew if the Extreme ZQ8 suspension would fit in a 98 s-10 blazer 4-door 2wd 4.3? also if so what would be the difference in heights. and what exactly is different from the two? from what I was told it is like a 1.5 inch difference in the front springs and different leafs for the back.

Should fit just fine. IIRC, your number sounds correct. The differences are in the spring length and rate as well as the sway bars.
