Default Leaf Springs and Front Springs lowering ?'s

I have a 92 chevy s10 blazer 2 door 4.3l V6......Looks like this....Blazer.....And i want to lower it 3" all around.....I have found some leaf srings for 145 bucks.....in the picture there are 2 springs.....What do you guys think? Is 145 bucks for 2 or only 1 spring? Here is the link....Rear Springs..... Then at the same site they have lowering springs for the front end.....Again in the picture there are 2 springs.....for 75 bucks.....You guys think that means 2 or only 1 spring? Front Springs......Would i need shocks for this or can I leave it there and call it a day? What do you guys think?

I'd just write them and see but $145 seems kinda low for a set of leaf springs. But the front springs sound about right for a pair. Shocks is up to you. It would probley ride better with shorter shocks but I'd ride it out for a while and see what you think.
