So all in all it IS safe to remove the bolt completely now I have a drawing I can show to my wife lol

only difference on mine is the piece where the bolt comes out of is sideways not lengthwise like in the photo is that an issue ? or is that just because it is a 1st gen ?

What piece, the block or the bolt itself? If the block is just situated differently there shouldn't be a problem. The bolt should be vertical regardless of 1st or 2nd gen. If it's not then there might be a problem...

If you can snap a picture we could tell you for sure.

the block piece not the actual bolt the bolt is vertical with just a slight angle to it but nothing drastic

good to know and one more question could my height difference in both sides be due to one of my t bars being weaker than the other or could it be my one leaf spring that is busted ?

so by replacing the leaf springs it could still be off on one side ? also to correct the difference can one torsion bar bolt be taken completely out and the other one just adjusted to match ?

has anybody ever tried taking the superlift 2"lift upper control arms flipping them over switching sides then installing to get the alignment in place. it would probably help with sront suspension wear also

bump! would really like to here someones opinion on flipping and swaping UCA's. i used to have a nissan hardbody that was a torsion bar truck and i know you could do that with the stock UCA's to help reduce balljoint strain and reduce negative camber. would REALLy like to know if it could be/has been done on sec gen 4x4's
