2000 trailblazer from nova scotia canada
Hey All, new here but I've been searching all the threads for awhile. I bought a 2000 trailblazer 2 months ago and thought I got it for a steal. I was so wrong!!!!! The truck came from out west and little to no rust on the body but the underside is a different story. I have replaced the rad, intake gaskets, heater core, fuel pump, wheel berrings. Now that I'm driving it I just noticed the brake line in the rear is wet. So now i'm doing brakes this weekend. I bought it for 1000 and have another 1200 into it so far, but I love and will continue to fix I guess.
Just needed to vent(lol)
Thanks for listening
I just bought 4 wheels from a local junk yard for 10 bucks each. I think they look ok. More pics to follow as I go

welcome to the forum. nice score on the TB!you gto a 2000 tb for 1 grand!?!?1 god i need to move to canada! pouring another $1200 into it sucks but you are still at or less than the actual value! doing some routine maint on a unloved 11 y/o vehicle shoudl be expected. sounds like you have a nice ride on your hands there.

ya i ddnt mind doing some work,it just sucks doing it all at once. I do love the truck although I wish I had a 2 door. I like the look better..
Ok so after the brakes i'm doing the stereo upgrade. i have the stock bose with cd changer in the consol. I bought a nice jvc double din navigation radio,1 12'' alpine type r sub and alpine amp. Just need new mids and tweets for the front and some 6.5 for the rear doors. i'll post pics when i figure out how in hell to put this deck in
