Default Just got my 89 Chevy S10 Blazer 2 Door

Hi all. Name is Donald. Been on the car audio forums for a few years. Finally got my hands on my S10 Blazer. Been wantin one for a long time. Here are some pics:

Only damage to the body besides the crappy paint, lol.

4.3L Vortec TBI, 700r4 w/ Shift Kit

14" rims that came on it

Have a few questions for you guys. Where can I get a full weather strip kit at a decent price? Both doors and the back glass leak terribly. Also, truck stalls when going into gear and sometimes at stops. Thinking a vacume leak as it only seems to happen when the brake booster is engaged. But could be something to do with this tranny as the guy I bought it from says he put it in and it has a shift kit. It does snap through the gears and will chirp the tires dropping into gear. What do yall think? Thanks.

LMCTruck.com has full weather stripping kits, not sure on the price, but most of their stuff is usually decently priced.

A crimped or leaking vacuum lines sounds more the culprit than your Tranny. Snapping through gears with a shift kit is normal, I've got one in my K5 and it feels like I'm gonna get whiplash going into second, lol.
