Default Looking for Ideas

Hi,
Surfin around looking for ideas for paint sceams and mods for my 86 k5. This looks like a good forum to jump on. Ive had 3 different k5's in the past. a 74, a 77 and now the 86. Gotten stuck more times than I can remember. A little older now so I dont do as much hard muddin. but still like to get off road to do some huntin fishin and campin.
My latest diagnosis and repair was a broken push rod. Fairly quik fix. I had some spare rods layin around. I was lucky to fish the boken end of the rod out of the upper champer with a coat hanger and a small magnet epoxied to the end. Fishing is fishing, and when you catch something its a good feeling.
My user name is from the old story of the young bull and the old bull standing on the hill.
