Default 82 K5. Looking for lift ideas???

My first K5. In great shape. 4X4. Lokoing for lift ideas.

Have seen 4-6" suspension lifts for them. Just wondering what tires will fit under both lifts, and are any one lift better than others. I may do it myself as i hear it is a pretty easy lift. At least compared to my 01 Jeep lift. Damn those coil springs. [:'(]

On my orange '85 I presently have a 6" B&D lift. I'm running 36" super swampers and there's lots of clearance. I'm thinking about 44" tires in the future, but I have a few other projects that I have to finish first. Here's a list... https://blazerforum.com/MemberRides/showride.asp?id=184

Thanks. Did you have to lengthenthe front or rear driveshaft with the 6" lift? I want to clear 35" BFG muds but i don't have the $$$ to do the driveshafts right now.

Willa 4" suspension lift fit 35x12.5 BFG muds OK?

No, I didn't change the driveshaft lenghts.
I would think that the 4" lift would be enough for clearance fo 35's.
I'm hoping that I don't have to change anything to go to 44's
