Default New to the Forum

I am new to this forum but I have owned my 1989 S15 Jimmy since new. I have had it painted (Factory Two Tone White/Red). The engine and transmision has been replaced with GM Goodwrench factory rebuilts. The suspension has been totally rebuilt. The engine and body are stock with the exception of Edlebrock water pump/shocks. A/C is still R12 and works. The interior is in excellent conditon.I replaced the factory headliner with ABS plastic headliner that has factory fabric installed. I replaced the carpet. The door panels are intact. Seats are perfect. The stereo is Pioneer that fits the GM opening. Dash Speakers are Pioneer Plate and the rear speakers are Pioneer 6 way speakers in the factory location. I built a plywood spacer painted it black to accomidate the speakers. I kept the ashtray mount by bandsawing the speaker grill off. The wheels are factory Rally Wheels that I recently sand blasted and painted. All trim rings and center caps are in place. The back glass was replaced with deep tinted glass when i had it painted. This is my daily driver and i am looking at keeping it as long as possible. Rear carpet tire cover is in place. The interior is the premium red cloth/vinyl. I make a conscious effort to repair items as they need it. The glove box door and center console hinge has been a regular repair/replace item. The last time the center console hinge broke I was lucky and found an intact one at a junk yard. I also bougt a brand new (NOS) center console hinge on ebay for the next time the hinge breaks. The glove box door I repaired the hinge pin with epoxy and so far it is holding up. This is long enough post. If I can ever solve the back glass rattle??????
