Yes, he did install it, and says it is very fun to drive. Let me see if I have a good pic...
Well, I don't have a good pic with the superchargers, but you get the gist of the car in these pics...this is 30 years of blood, sweat, and tears into this thing, A tribute to Vedo. He owns a custom bodyshop in Cranston, Rhode Island.
Thats him in the red shirt in the second pic... and his girl's PT with the flames.

That actually started out as a 67 corvette... add in an 82 vette, 78 vette, 85 caprice(headlights and bezels), lots of hand laid fiberglass, and thats what you get... I have all the specs for that kicking around my house somewhere...Oh, he was also at the summer nats, next to the bands, and the DJ...in corvette alley

I would go with a turbo over a supercharger - A turbo reaches peak boost before a s/c and is capable of making much more boost over all- Plus the Turbo moves much more CFM per LB. of boost compared to a s/c there fore at the same boost level a turbo makes more hp-.

Yes, turbos are more efficient.
BUT, with a twin screw type S/C, it will make full boost WAY before a turbo would. You're talking about centrifugal type S/C'ers
